Who is eTective Investigations Dan Weiss, a private investigator licensed and bonded in the State of New Jersey, founded Initial Investigations in 1985. Dan has over 25 yrs. of in-depth experience investigating workers' compensation accidents, third party inquiries, and insurance fraud. He has testified as an expert witness in federal, state, and municipal courts. Dan was the Jewish War Veterans National Commander in 2002 and a highly decorated Vietnam veteran whose many decorations include the Silver Star and the Purple Heart.
